You acknowledge that you are over the age of 16!
You MUST have a minimum of 250 pilot hours on the VATSIM Network
You hold harmless NWAG Northwest Air Guard against any damages or liabilities, direct, indirect, or incidental, related to the use of our site or activities relating to the group. You agree to assume all risk to your use of NWAG websites and content herein, including, but not limited to, the risk of communications with affiliated groups or people and damage to your computer.
You agree not to disseminate or distribute any confidential NWAG proprietary information or intellectual property, including information or property belonging to or originating in NWAG affiliate groups or persons.
You also acknowledge that joining NWAG or holding a staff position with NWAG may be in direct violation with other virtual special operations groups or virtual airlines’ by-laws, SOPs or regulations, and that you understand and fully accept this risk.
Finally, you agree to always abide by the VATSIM code of conduct and the VATSIM code of regulations, and that you have never been banned from a VATSIM account, or have been blacklisted from any vSOA or va group, including Northwest Air Guard.
You also agree that you want to join NWAG to have fun and fly whatever aircraft you want, wherever in the world, and that you share our vision of creating a rich environment for training and usage of flight simulator to the highest attainable realism degree on the VATSIM network.
